THE FOOD
Catering for all hours you’ll find the menu at Vibe intuitive; late breakfasts ensure your snooze function is taken advantage of, as well as a bar tapas menu starting mid afternoon for those longer late lunches. The menu is uncomplicated and focuses on food that is traditional, but with a modern twist, taking inspiration from British & Asian palates. With its exclusive waterfront setting overlooking the Hope Island Marina, you’re assured of succulent local catches that are sourced moments away. Other supplies and produce are sourced locally and seasonally, allowing you to enjoy a menu that is changed every 8 weeks. Your dietary needs are of top priority to the kitchen team, who devote 80% of the menu to remain gluten free as well as catering for other vegetarian options.

THE SETTING:
It’s all too easy at The Vibe Waterfront Bar Restaurant, from romantic formal dinners to coffee and cake, your every need and mood is catered for. Bustling day and night is the bar / café area which offers non stop great coffees, cakes & drinks. You’ll find live music here on Friday & Saturday; guaranteeing you get in the spirit for the weekend. A must do is a lazy Sunday luncheon enjoying the popular Sunday Music Sessions featuring George Ferguson (from 12:30pm to 4:00pm most Sundays)
